
Ingredients:
• 1 – Baguette
• 1/4 Cucumber
• 1/4 – Tomato
• 1/4 – Red bell pepper
• For Sauce:
• 1/4 tsp – Dijon Mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp – Dry Thyme leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1/4 tsp – Olive oil
Method:
- Mix everything for sauce and keep aside.
- Slice thinly the vegetables.
- Either you can toss the vegetables or you can use the sauce as spread over the bread.
- Cut the baguette and arrange the vegetables.
