Ingredients:

• 1 – Baguette
• 1/4 Cucumber
• 1/4 – Tomato
• 1/4 – Red bell pepper
• For Sauce:
• 1/4 tsp – Dijon Mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp – Dry Thyme leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Soya sauce
• 1/4 tsp – Olive oil

Method:

  1. Mix everything for sauce and keep aside.
  2. Slice thinly the vegetables.
  3. Either you can toss the vegetables or you can use the sauce as spread over the bread.
  4. Cut the baguette and arrange the vegetables.
