Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – fresh bean spouts
• 1 cup – sliced Spring onion
• 2.5 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp – Oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp – light soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Rice Vinegar
• 1 tsp – minced Garlic

Method:

  1. Wash and drain bean sprouts.
  2. Heat oil in wok. Saute garlic and spring onion for a minute.
  3. Add bean sprouts.
  4. Stir fry for a minute.
  5. Add all the sauces and remaining ingredients.
  6. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
