
Ingredients:
• 250 gm – sliced Mushrooms
• 8 slices French bread
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• For Salad:
• 4 tbsp – salad/ Olive oil
• 1/2 kg – shredded Spinach leaves
• 4 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – sesame oil
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – toasted sesame seeds
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• To Finish:
• 2 tbsp – grated cheese
Method:
- Saute mushrooms in hot oil for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
- Add garlic to the pan, followed by the bread.
- Cook on both sides until crisp and golden.
- Heat 4 tbsp salad oil.
- Fry spinach leaves for 1 minute.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Heat through until just warm.
- Season and serve on croutes.
- Garnish with cheese.
