Ingredients:
• Fried Channa – 100 g
• Sugar – 180 to 200 g
• Ghee – 100 g
• Cardamom (powdered) – 1 tsp
• Cashewnuts – 6
Method:
- Powder channa and sugar separately. Mix powdered channa, sugar and cardamom.
- Heat one tbsp of ghee and fry cashewnuts till light brown.
- Break cashewnuts into small pieces and mix with the above mixture.
- Heat the remaining ghee in a wok (kadai) till its quite hot.
- Pour the hot ghee over the channa, sugar, cardamom, cashewnuts mixture and mix well using a ladle.
- While the mixture is still hot, make lime size ladoos using your hands.
- Allow them to cool to room temperature.
