Ingredients:

• 1/4 l – thick curds
• 1 – Pomegranate seeds (deseed and chill it)
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• a pinch – salt
• 1 tsp – oil
• 3 – Curry leaves (finely chopped)
• 1 – Green chilli (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – roasted Jeera powder

Method:

  1. Beat the curd.
  2. Add sugar and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Keep it in refrigerator till cool.
  5. Heat a pan and add oil, green chilli and curry leaves.
  6. Allow it to splutter. Remove from stove and let it cool.
  7. Add roasted jeera powder.
  8. Now pour this to the chilled curds and mix well.
  9. Before serving, add the pomegranate seeds.
