Ingredients:
• 1/4 l – thick curds
• 1 – Pomegranate seeds (deseed and chill it)
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• a pinch – salt
• 1 tsp – oil
• 3 – Curry leaves (finely chopped)
• 1 – Green chilli (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – roasted Jeera powder
Method:
- Beat the curd.
- Add sugar and salt.
- Mix well.
- Keep it in refrigerator till cool.
- Heat a pan and add oil, green chilli and curry leaves.
- Allow it to splutter. Remove from stove and let it cool.
- Add roasted jeera powder.
- Now pour this to the chilled curds and mix well.
- Before serving, add the pomegranate seeds.
