
Ingredients:
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 tsp – Maida
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – cheese
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• Pepper and salt to taste
• Butter
Method:
- Fry potato in butter till light brown. Keep aside.
- In a wok add some more butter. Fry 1 tsp of maida. Now add one cup milk slowly, stirring continuously.
- Your white sauce is ready. Keep aside.
- Now add salt, pepper, cheese and cream.
- Mix fried potato in white sauce.
- Serve hot
