Ingredients:

• 2.25 cups – Sugar
• 1 cup – light Corn syrup
• 3/4 cup – hot water
• 1/2 lb – marshmallow Cream
• 1/2 cup – shortening, melted
• 1/4 cup – confectioners Sugar
• 2 cups – fruit (cherries and pineapple)
• nuts
• dipping chocolate

Method:

  1. In a sauce pan, cook sugar, syrup, and water to 265 degrees.
  2. Add marshmallow cream and beat until almost firm.
  3. Add melted shortening, sugar, fruits and nuts. Mix well.
  4. Shape in form of eggs and dip in chocolate.
