
Ingredients:
• apples – 2
• Bananas – 4
• Grapes – 8-10
• Cream – 3.5 cups
• Chocolate powder – 2 tbsp
• Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
• Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
• Milk – 1 cup
• Poppins and chocolate bar for garnishing
Method:
- Cut two bananas, add sugar and mix well in a mixer.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Put aside half of the banana cream.
- Mix cocoa powder and chocolate powder in milk and add it to the other half of the banana cream.
- Cut the apples and the remaining two bananas and keep in a bowl.
- Add half of the white banana cream that had been kept aside in the beginning.
- Now add the cocoa-chocolate-banana cream over it, and then the remaining portion of the white banana cream.
- Garnish with poppins, chocolate pieces and grapes.
- Store in a freezer and serve cold.
