
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – besan flour
• 1 cup – Suji (Rava)
• 1 cup – yogurt (curd)
• 3/4 to 1 cup – oil
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – coriander seeds, dry toasted and coarsely grounded
• Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
• Fennel seeds (variyali – little crushed) – 1 tsp
• Red pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and make a dough. Keep the dough overnight to rise.
- Take a fistful of dough and rub it on fulvadi zhara press directly over hot oil and fry till red.
- Store in tight container once cool.
