Ingredients:
• Boneless Chicken – 1 Kg
• Onions, finely chopped – 3
• Garlic paste – 1.5 tbsp
• Green chillies (chopped) – 2 to 3
• Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Oil -2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash the chicken and cut into 2.5 cm cubes.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onions till light brown.
- Now add chicken cubes, garlic paste, green chillies and salt to taste.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
- Before serving, add chopped coriander.
