
Ingredients:
• 10 – 12 – Cloves of Garlic
• 7 – 8 – Green chillies
• A handful – coarsely chopped green Coriander leaves (cilantro)
• salt
• 5 – 6 tbsps – Lime juice
Method:
- Put the garlic, green chillies and the coriander leaves in a mortar and pound them well with a pestle till you get a coarse mixture.
- Add the salt and lime juice, stir and serve.
