
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Raw Mango pieces
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• 1 tsp – Hing
• 50 g – Mustard Seeds dal
• 25 g – dry Ginger powder
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• salt
• 100g – Garlic pods
• 50 g – Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Deep fry the garlic pods.
- Boil the mustard oil and cool.
- Marinate the mango pieces with salt and haldi overnight.
- Remove the water, dry in sunshine or under fan.
- Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, all spices, garlic pods and oil.
- Store in a jar.
