Ingredients:

• 500 g – Raw Mango pieces
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• 1 tsp – Hing
• 50 g – Mustard Seeds dal
• 25 g – dry Ginger powder
• 1/2 tsp – Haldi
• salt
• 100g – Garlic pods
• 50 g – Red Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Deep fry the garlic pods.
  2. Boil the mustard oil and cool.
  3. Marinate the mango pieces with salt and haldi overnight.
  4. Remove the water, dry in sunshine or under fan.
  5. Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, all spices, garlic pods and oil.
  6. Store in a jar.
