Ingredients:
• 4 – eggs
• 2 cup – Milk
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
Method:
- Boil the milk and cool
- Beat the eggs well
- Take a baking dish and caramelise a little sugar in 1 tsp water by heating on a stove to form a thin brown layer.
- Add the milk and remaining sugar into a bowl and stir well so that the sugar dissolves in the milk.
- Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and stir well.
- Add vanilla essence and stir again.
- Pour into the baking dish and bake for about 40 minutes.
- After cooling, chill in the refrigerator.
