Ingredients:

• 100 g – vegetables, chopped (carrot, cabbage, mushroom, red cabbage)
• 50 g – glass noodles
• 25 g – cottage cheese, optional
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 cup – water
• A pinch of monosodium glutamate
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil the vegetables partially.
  2. Then add glass noodles to the Boiled water.
  3. Drain the excess water and add salt, cottage cheese and corn flour mixture.
  4. Stir continuously to thicken the soup.
  5. Add monosodium glutamate and cook for about 2 mins.
  6. Garnish well and serve hot.
