
Ingredients:
• All vegetables in equal quantity:
• Raw bananas
• Red Pumpkin
• Yam (suran)
• Raw papaya
• Drumsticks
• Potato
• Sweet Potato
• Raw Jackfruit
• Bread fruit
• Aravi
• Green peas
• Radish
• 1/2 cup – tur dal
• For the masala:
• 1/2 – Grated Coconut
• 2 tbsp – Coriander seeds
• 12 – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Haldi
• 5-6 – Kokum or tamarind.
Method:
- Boil all the vegetables separately, depending on individual cooking time.
- Boil the dal separately.
- Grind all the ingredients of the masala and add to the boiled vegetables.
- Stir in the dal. Heat through and serve hot with rice.
