Ingredients:

• 1 – whole Cauliflower
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 4 tbsp – oil
• 1 small piece – Ginger
• 3 pieces – Garlic
• 1 piece – Coconut
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt
• Water.

Method:

  1. First wash the gobi and cut it into pieces.
  2. Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Grind ginger, garlic and coconut using a mixer.
  4. Keep the vessel on a stove and add some oil.
  5. After heating, add onions and tomatoes.
  6. Fry it until it becomes light brown.
  7. Add the paste to the vessel, add some chilli powder and mix it well.
  8. Pour some water (250ml) into the vessel and mix it properly.
  9. After 1 min add the gobi pieces and close the lid.
  10. Boil for 7-10 min until the water thickens.
  11. Curry is ready.
