
Ingredients:
• Fresh Cauliflower 900g
• Red Chilli powder 3 tbsp
• Garam Masala 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder a pinch
• Salt 2 tbsp or to taste
• Garlic Cloves 6-8
• Mustard Seeds 2 tsp
• Methi seeds 10
• Lime Juice 3/4 cup
• Vegetable Oil – 6-8 tbsp
Method:
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Wash them nicely and air dry for 4-5 hours.
- Take florets in a mixing bowl, first add the vegetable oil and then turmeric powder, chilli powder, methi seeds, mustard seeds, salt, garam masala, garlic paste and lime juice.
- Mix nicely with a spatula and keep it aside for 24 hours.
- Check if the salt and lime juice is to your taste and add a little more if required.
- Store in refrigerator for freshness.
- You can also grate some carrot into it (optional).
- It tastes good with rice and chapatti.
