Ingredients:

• 5 Cardamom (seeds)
• 1 small stick Cinnamon
• 5 Cloves
• 2 tsp – sesame seeds
• 2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 2 tsp – desiccated Coconut
• 10 black pepper Corns
• 1 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and saute cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
  2. Turn off the flame once the cloves turn bigger in size.
  3. Take the coconut, sesame seeds and black pepper corns in another pan and dry-roast it on low-flame till the coconut changes color to light brown.
  4. Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature.
  5. Grind both the mixtures together to make a coarse powder.
  6. Store in an air-tight container.
