 
            Ingredients:
  • Chicken – 6 breast and 6 leg pieces 
 • Yoghurt – 300 g 
 • Coriander powder – 4-5 tsp 
 • Cumin powder – 4-5 tsp 
 • Red Chilli powder – 4 tsp 
 • Turmeric powder – 4-5 tsp 
 • Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp 
 • Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp 
 • Lemon – 1 
 • Salt to taste 
 • Onion, capsicum, Tomato – 2 
Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with yoghurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt for 6 hours in a refrigerator.
- Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill of an oven.
- Apply oil and ensure the pieces do not stick to each other.
- Grill both sides golden brown at 220 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
- Pull out, squeeze lemon on the grilled chicken and keep aside.
- Now grill the onions, capsicum and tomatoes.
- Serve the chicken along with the grilled veggies.
