Ingredients:
• 1 cup – thick Poha
• 6 tsp – Sugar or 8 tsp Jaggery
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – fresh grated Coconut
Method:
- Pour 1 cup of milk into a deep dish or serving bowl.
- Soak the poha in it for at least 15 mins.
- When the poha is soft, add the jaggery or sugar and milk.
- Stir well taking care not to break the poha flakes.
- Combine coconut with this mixture.
- For a thicker consistency use less milk.
- Serve the gool poha cold or at room temperature.
