Ingredients:

• 1 cup – thick Poha
• 6 tsp – Sugar or 8 tsp Jaggery
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – fresh grated Coconut

Method:

  1. Pour 1 cup of milk into a deep dish or serving bowl.
  2. Soak the poha in it for at least 15 mins.
  3. When the poha is soft, add the jaggery or sugar and milk.
  4. Stir well taking care not to break the poha flakes.
  5. Combine coconut with this mixture.
  6. For a thicker consistency use less milk.
  7. Serve the gool poha cold or at room temperature.
