Ingredients:
• 2 – medium size Carrots
• 4 tsp – fresh Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – mustard
• 1/2 tbsp – Hing
• salt to taste
• chilli powder
Method:
- Wash the carrots, peel and grate it. Add salt, chilli powder (as per your choice) and fresh lemon juice. Mix it well by hand for 5 minutes.
- Now put some oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and hing.
- When the mustard starts spluttering, switch off the stove and pour that in the chutney. Mix well.
