Ingredients:
• 500 g – small Potatoes
• 200 g – yogurt
• 5 seeds – Garlic
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• Salt
• Sugar
• Oil
Method:
- Boil the potatoes and peel.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic paste and stir.
- Add potatoes, green chilli paste, salt and sugar to taste.
- Grind coriander leaves and mix yogurt, add to the potatoes.
- Let it cook for 10 mins.
- Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti, paratha or rice.
