Ingredients:
• For the green paste
• Grind:
• Cardamoms – 2-3
• Cloves- 2-3
• Cinnamon- 1 small piece
• Tomatoes – 1.5, chopped, large.
• Onions – 1.5, chopped large
• Green chillies- 8-10
• Coriander leaves – 1 small bunch
• Ginger – 1.5 “, chopped
• Peppercorns – 1 tbsp
• For the chicken:
• 1 large chicken- washed and cleaned
• 1/2 – onion, chopped long
• Oil for frying
• Potatoes – 3
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions until pink.
- Add the green paste to it and stir for 5 mins.
- Now add the chicken and potatoes to this masala and let it cook.
- Serve with rice or chapattis.
