Ingredients:

• 1 cup – green Mango pulp
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 4 – Cardamoms
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Pressure cook green mango and remove after 4 whistles or boil green mango until it is tender.
  2. Remove the pulp and add sugar and cardamoms.
  3. Grind it in a mixer. Keep it refrigerated.
  4. While serving, take the ground pulp in a container. Add water as per taste. Add a little salt, too.
