
Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Mutton
• 1 – bunch Coriander leaves
• 5 to 6 – Green chillies
• 1/4 bunch – Mint leaves
• 5 to 6 pods – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 5 g – peppercorns
• 5 g – Cloves
• 5 g – Cinnamon
• 5 g – Cumin seeds
• 1 – big Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil for frying
Method:
- Clean, cut and wash the mutton, pressure cook it for 10 to 12 mins.
- Grind coriander, green chillies, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds.
- Dice the onion and fry it in oil, then add chopped tomatoes and fry the ground masala for 5 to 8 mins.
- Add the ground mixture to the mutton and cook for 10 to 14 mins on slow fire.
- Serve with rice or rotis.
