
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1kg
• Onions – 2
• Spring onion – 50 g
• Green chillies – 6
• Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
• Garlic, chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
• Pepper – 3/4 tsp
• Vinegar – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 50 g
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Half cook the chicken with a little salt and keep aside.
- Chop the green chillies and soak it in the vinegar. Keep aside.
- In a wok, heat oil and add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
- Then add all the sauces, salt, pepper powder and saute for a few seconds.
- Add chicken to it and a little water.
- When it starts boiling, add the soaked green chillies and boil in low flame for 5-7 mins.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Serve hot.
