Ingredients:
• 8 slices – bread
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 4 tsp – grated cheese or 4 cheese slices
Method:
- Butter the bread, then spread the grated cheese/cheese slices on 4 of the slices.
- Top with the remaining 4 buttered slices of bread.
- Place these sandwiches on the wire tray of the oven or a sandwich toaster and toast on medium heat till golden brown.
- Cut diagonally.
