Shallow fried snack made with green chickpeas, potatoes and paneer

Ingredients:
2 cups green chane (green chickpeas), mashed or ground
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon anar dana (pomegranate)
2 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

Method:
1. Mix together all the ingredients except for oil.
2. Divide into small equal portions.
3. Shape each portion into flat discs and shallow fry them on a griddle or tawa, until crisp and golden brown.
4. Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
