
Ingredients:
• 500 g Bhavnagar chilli
• 100 g pitkire
• 200 g khova (milk mava)
• 200 g Sugar
• A pinch elaichi powder
• 150 g – mixed dry fruits
• Silver wark
• Dry Coconut powder
• 150 ml – pure Ghee
Method:
- Slit the chillies, remove the seeds and chop them.
- Powder the pitkere powder. Add 30 g in water and soak the chilli in it for 30 mins.
- Then put the chillies and the water on the stove, cook for 20 mins. Drain and wash.
- Heat ghee in another pan, add crushed elaichi. Then add boiled chilli and stir for 2 mins.
- Then add mava, sugar, coconut powder and cook till thick.
- Once done, spread on a plate and garnish with silver wark and dry fruits.
