
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sprouted green moong
• 1/2 cup – fine chopped Spinach
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – nachani flour
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• Green chilli paste
• salt
• 1 pinch – Hing powder
• 1/2 tsp – crushed Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1tsp – Lemon juice
• Coconut water
• Vegetable oil
Method:
- Blend all ingredients except oil. Mix well.
- Heat non-stick flat pan and add one tsp oil.
- Pour mixture on pan & make a dosa. Cook both sides.
- Serve with dahi/chutney/sauce.
