Ingredients:
• 1 cup – ginger, chopped roughly
• 1 cup – Garlic flakes (big)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 3/4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Peel the ginger and garlic.
- Grind the ginger for a minute with turmeric and oil, then add the garlic.
- Grind to a smooth paste.
- Transfer the paste to a clean, airtight container and keep refrigerated.
- Use whenever you need.
