Ingredients:

• 1 cup – ginger, chopped roughly
• 1 cup – Garlic flakes (big)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 3/4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Peel the ginger and garlic.
  2. Grind the ginger for a minute with turmeric and oil, then add the garlic.
  3. Grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Transfer the paste to a clean, airtight container and keep refrigerated.
  5. Use whenever you need.
