Ingredients:
• 2/3 cup – granulated Sugar
• 1 cup – non-fat dry Milk powder
• 1/4 cup – unsalted Butter
• 1/2 cup – boiling water
Method:
- In a bowl blend milk powder, sugar, boiling water and butter.
- Stir continuously till all sugar dissolves.
- Microwave it on high heat till frothy or heat in a pan for 5 to 7 minutes till mixture thickens.
- Let it cool and store in air tight container.
