
Ingredients:
• 2.5 cups – Milk
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – cocoa
Method:
- Use a little milk to make cocoa into a paste.
- Add cocoa mixture to the boiled milk.
- Make a paste with the corn flour and pour into a pudding dish.
- Pour hot cocoa mixture and stir until it thickens.
- Separate the egg yolk and beat yolk with sugar.
- Add to the thickened mixture, blending it well.
- Whip the egg white until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
