Ingredients:

• 2.5 cups – Milk
• 1 Egg
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tbsp – cocoa

Method:

  1. Use a little milk to make cocoa into a paste.
  2. Add cocoa mixture to the boiled milk.
  3. Make a paste with the corn flour and pour into a pudding dish.
  4. Pour hot cocoa mixture and stir until it thickens.
  5. Separate the egg yolk and beat yolk with sugar.
  6. Add to the thickened mixture, blending it well.
  7. Whip the egg white until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
  8. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, or until done.
