
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds – Mutton
• 3 – Onions
• 1 bunch – Mint
• 1 Clove – Garlic
• 1tsp – salt
• 1/2 pound – Carrots
• 2 tbsps – curry powder
• 1tsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsps – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Cut meat in pieces, fry in butter and brown.
- Add curry powder and water to cover.
- Also add mint leaves, cover and cook for 1.5 hours.
- Dice carrots and add.
- Continue cooking until meat and carrots are tender.
- Serve hot.
