
Ingredients:
• 300 grams – Boneless Chicken
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1 table spoon – Chilli Powder
• 125 grams – Curd
• 125 grams – Tomato Puree
• 7 pieces – Cloves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the boneless chicken in to small pieces.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add the chilli powder plus turmeric powder and mix well. Add curd and stir.
- Add chicken and stir the contents well so that it will get coated. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato puree and.
- Add 150 ml of hot water and cloves. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with basmati rice.
