Ingredients:
• 4 to 6 – medium Potatoes
• 3 to 4 – medium Onions
• 2 – medium Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp – refined oil
Method:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them lengthwise – like finger chips.
- Slice the onions into medium-sized pieces – about four to six pieces per onion.
- Slice the tomatoes similarly.
- Heat oil in a microwave safe dish for 2 mins.
- Mix the cut vegetables in this warm oil. Add garam masala and salt to taste.
- Add about 1/2 cup water and mix well. Microwave for 15 to 20 mins or till tender.
- Serve with chapattis or paranthas.
