Ingredients:
• Raw Rice – 2 cups
• Salt, Jeera, and Coconut Oil
• Coconut – 1 cup
Method:
- Soak the raw rice in plain water for one to two hours.
- Make a coarse paste of it with coconut.
- Boil 4 cups of water with 1 cup of this paste mixed in it.
- Stir continuously, and when the mixture thickens add it with the rest of the rice paste.
- Add jeera and coconut oil and salt.
- When the dough is somewhat cooled, cook the batter on a tawa to make dosas.
