Ingredients:

• 5 – long fresh Drumsticks
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 6 cups – water

Method:

  1. Scrape the drumsticks lightly with a peeler.
  2. Cut into small finger-length pieces and boil. Keep aside to cool.
  3. Use the boiled drumstick water as the base for the soup.
  4. Scrape the flesh from the drumsticks with a blunt knife or the back of a spoon.
  5. Add the drumstick flesh into the stock and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add black pepper powder and salt to taste.
