
Ingredients:
• desiccated Coconut – 2 cup
• Milk powder – 1 cup
• Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
• condensed Milk to mix
• icing Sugar to dust
Method:
- Combine the first three ingredients.
- Add condensed milk little at a time, to form a stiff paste, the consistency of poori dough.
- Roll out the dough to a sheet, 1.5 cm thick, dusting with icing sugar.
- Let it dry for about 20-30 minutes.
- Cut into diamond shapes.
