Ingredients:

• Ricotta Cheese – 16 oz
• Ghee – 2 – 3 tbsp
• Sugar – 2 – 2.5 cups
• Condensed Milk – 1 can

Method:

  1. Heat the cheese in a non-stick pan until it becomes slightly brittle
  2. Add the ghee and sugar and mix thoroughly
  3. Wait for the mixture to become light brownish and then add condensed milk
  4. Boil till it becomes a semi-solid
  5. Cool and refrigerate.
