Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Jaggery
• 2 cups – paneer, crumbled
• 2 tsp – Powdered Elaichi
• 2 tsp – Cashew nuts
• 4 tsp – Ghee
• 2 cups – Water
Method:
- Boil jaggery and water together to get string consistency.
- Add paneer it to the jaggery mixture.
- Simmer the gas and boil it until the mixture is semi-soft.
- Fry cashews separately in 2 tsp of ghee.
- Add it to the mixture.
- Add the remaining ghee to the mixture and mix the powdered Elaichi.
- Thicken the mixture.
