Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Jaggery
• 2 cups – paneer, crumbled
• 2 tsp – Powdered Elaichi
• 2 tsp – Cashew nuts
• 4 tsp – Ghee
• 2 cups – Water

Method:

  1. Boil jaggery and water together to get string consistency.
  2. Add paneer it to the jaggery mixture.
  3. Simmer the gas and boil it until the mixture is semi-soft.
  4. Fry cashews separately in 2 tsp of ghee.
  5. Add it to the mixture.
  6. Add the remaining ghee to the mixture and mix the powdered Elaichi.
  7. Thicken the mixture.
