Ingredients:

• Til – 250 g
• Besan – 1 tsp
• Milk powder – 1 cup
• Condensed Milk – 1 tin
• Dry Coconut in thin slices – 15 pieces
• Ghee – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Dry roast, til and besan flour separately and keep aside.
  2. Powder til after saving 2 tbsp whole til.
  3. Take a bowl and put til, besan, milk powder, condensed milk and ghee. Mix well in one direction.
  4. Keep it in the microwave for 7 mins.
  5. Take out and mix again in the same direction.
  6. Keep it back in the oven for another 7 mins.
  7. Take out and mix thoroughly.
  8. Put the mixture in a greased thali and spread evenly.
  9. Decorate with coconut slices and til.
  10. When set, cut into pieces and serve.
