Ingredients:
• Til – 250 g
• Besan – 1 tsp
• Milk powder – 1 cup
• Condensed Milk – 1 tin
• Dry Coconut in thin slices – 15 pieces
• Ghee – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Dry roast, til and besan flour separately and keep aside.
- Powder til after saving 2 tbsp whole til.
- Take a bowl and put til, besan, milk powder, condensed milk and ghee. Mix well in one direction.
- Keep it in the microwave for 7 mins.
- Take out and mix again in the same direction.
- Keep it back in the oven for another 7 mins.
- Take out and mix thoroughly.
- Put the mixture in a greased thali and spread evenly.
- Decorate with coconut slices and til.
- When set, cut into pieces and serve.
