Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 4 to 5 tbsp – Rice flour
• 3 to 4 tsp – Poha
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 to 3 tbsp – Dahi
• 1 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – onion, tomatoes, chopped coriander and Green chillies for topping
• 1/4 tsp – fruit salt
Method:
- Blend cooked rice, rice flour, poha, salt and dahi with water. Take out into a container and whisk well. Let it stand for some time.
- Add fruit salt, whisk well .
- Heat tawa, add a little oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter and allow it to cook on one side.
- Turn, drizzle oil again.
- Turn, add topping and serve.
