Ingredients:

• 1 kg – llish
• 3 tsp – mustard
• 4 – Green chillies
• 3 tsp – Mustard oil
• 1/2 – Lemon
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric

Method:

  1. Grind mustard and green chillies with a pinch of salt.
  2. Cut fish and marinate with salt, turmeric and lime juice for 10 mins.
  3. Smear mustard mixture, place in a container, sprinkle mustard oil and mix.
  4. Close container and steam the fish in a cooker for 10-15 mins without whistle.
