Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Beef or Mutton
• 10 gms – Cardamoms
• 10 gms – chillies, red dry
• 250 gms – condensed Milk malai or nestle
• 250 gms – curds
• 20 gms – Garlic (to be ground)
• 250 gms – Ghee
• 20 gms – Ginger (to be ground)
• 4 – Lime (fresh) (juice to be taken out)
• 250 gms – Onions (to be sliced)
• 3 bits – turmeric/haldi
Method:
- Clean and cut the meat in long pieces.
- Heat the ghee, add 3/4th of the sliced onions, with the ground garlic.
- Fry until brown, then remove.
- Fry the meat in the same ghee, until almost brown.
- Then add the ground ginger.
- Now fry the meat and ginger until brown.
- Add all the other ingredients, including the fried onions.
- Cook on a slow fire, until the meat is tender.
