Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp white wine Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup Chicken broth
• 2 tbsp crushed dried red pepper
• 1/2 tsp dried Oregano leaves
• 1 tsp dried Basil leaves
• 1 Clove garlic, crushed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp freshly ground white pepper

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a tight fitting jar.
  2. Cover the jar and shake well.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Shake again before serving Variations.
  5. Instead of chicken broth you can use 1/2 cup olive / salad oil.
  6. Instead of dried basil leaves can use 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil.
