Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice
• 3 cups – Jackfruit
• 100 g – Jaggery
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak rice in water for about 1/2 an hour.
- Grind jackfruit with rice. Add coconut milk, jaggery and salt while grinding.
- Make dosas with this batter.
