Ingredients:

• Jackfruit pieces – 15
• Jaggery – 3/4 cup
• Ghee – 3/4 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the jackfruit pieces. Boil it in water till soft in a pan.
  2. Add jaggery to it.
  3. Stir continuosly.
  4. When it starts becoming thick, add the ghee little by little.
  5. When it becomes thick remove from fire.
  6. Store in a container.
