Mild and fragrant rice sauteed in Jeera
2 cups cooked rice
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 teaspoon ghee (clarified butter) or oil
Salt to taste
1. Heat ghee or oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
2. Now add cooked rice, salt and mix well.
3. Cook for couple of minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover until served.
